P90X Week 4
Monday, 4 July 2011 09:34 amI don't know what I'm doing wrong. Starting to feel like I'm doing this for nothing, because the results definitely say I'm not making fucking progress. If I can sit around and eat carbs all day and go to the gym for 30 minutes 2x a week and not gain a pound, then what's the point of working out 6x a week and eating so much protein I can hardly stand it?
