P90X Week 3

This past week didn't see as much of a change as the week before. I really struggled with the diet and with ARX. I have a feeling that this week I'm going to struggle with staying motivated. I know that you don't REALLY start to see results until after the fourth week so I know that I shouldn't be bummed when I see no change in some areas, but I still am. Hopefully I can turn it into the motivation I need to really BRING IT and step it up this week and really push myself.
