P90X Week 1 [Starting]
Monday, 18 February 2013 04:50 pmI did P90X two years ago, and made some real progress. Since then, I started an office job and I’ve gone back to school. Needless to say, I fell off the bandwagon. Here’s to getting back on again. I made some real progress last time — hopefully I’ll make even better progress this time. What’s even better is that the hubbs has decided to join me and he’s doing P90! I’m really happy — both of us are going to get fit together. It’s so much easier when we’re both health-minded… otherwise I end up making two meals for dinner, he goes out to eat all the time while I stay in… It gets discouraging. So hopefully it’ll help.
