Tomorrow is Day 30!! I have made it through the first phase... now to kick it up for phase 2. Recovery week seemed to do a bit of good, even though I bombed the diet because I was at Connecticon all weekend (but all that extra walking makes up for it, right?). I already worked out today... Chest & Shoulders & Triceps... it was a bear. I'm back to doing almost all girly pushups. And forget one-armed pushups. Those are just craaaaaaaaazy!

61 more days to go... I CAN DO THIS.
