Christina's Quilt II

By the weekend, I should be able to start quilting Christina's baby quilt! I'm so excited! I still need to put the feet on the owl, put on his eyes, and put the baby's name on the back of the quilt, but that should take me no time at all... I can't wait to be able to wrap this up and send it out to her! And I can't wait for her little peanut to show up. :) Hit the jump to see a current photo!

That is so cool!! I really want to learn how to do that. I've been wanting to use some minky fabric and put Dexter's name on it with a pattern on the other side.

The geometric stuff isn't hard to do. I find that the free-form applique creative stuff like this is hard for me.
